Martin has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, developing a career rooted in technical depth, leadership, and consistent workmanship. He is ASE certified and has worked extensively with high-end and exotic marques, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, and Maserati. In addition to exotic platforms, he has significant experience building and supporting high-horsepower IAG blueprinted Subarus, as well as a wide range of other performance-oriented platforms.

His technical background includes advanced diagnostics, drivetrain and engine work, performance upgrades, and custom fabrication. Throughout his career, Martin has been heavily involved in high-end performance modifications. He is able to apply his practical understanding of platform-specific limits, for example, what engines such as the Subaru EJ platform can safely support in high-power applications.

Previously serving as Head Technician at ACI Dynamics in Seymour, Connecticut, and currently holding the position of Head Technician at Bocca Motors, Martin continues to apply his experience to overseeing complex builds, maintaining technical standards, and delivering reliable, well-executed performance solutions across a wide range of vehicle platforms.
